Turistheimen AS, org. no. 926 880 179, Kvimarka 75, 4365 Nærbø, is responsible for the processing of personal data. If you have any questions about how we process your data, you can contact us by email: post@trekronaa.no.

We process the following personal data in order to provide our services:

  • Name, email address and phone number (for ordering and contact).
  • Payment information, when you use Stripe or Vipps as a payment solution.
  • Information related to your booking, including cabin type, dates and additional services.

We collect only information that is necessary to fulfill our obligations to you.

3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Your information is processed for the following purposes:

  • Execution of ordersProcessing of data to provide the services you have requested, including payment.
  • Customer serviceTo be able to answer questions and provide you with relevant information.
  • Compliance with legal requirements: Storage of information in accordance with accounting and bookkeeping legislation.

The legal basis for the processing is the fulfillment of an agreement (GDPR Art. 6.1 b) and legal obligations (GDPR Art. 6.1 c).

Part 4: Sharing of information
We only share your information with:

  • Third-party payment solutionsStripe and Vipps, to handle payments.
  • Public authoritiesIf we are required to do so by law.

All third-party providers we use are obliged to protect your data in accordance with the GDPR.

5. Storage and deletion
Your information is stored for as long as necessary for the purpose of the processing:

  • Order and payment information is stored for up to 5 years to comply with the requirements of the Norwegian Accounting Act.
  • Information that is no longer necessary is deleted or anonymized.

  • Correction: Get corrected incorrect or incomplete information.
  • DeletionRequest that information be deleted, unless we are required to retain it.
