Terms and conditions for booking and renting tree top cabins \u2013 Trekron\u00e5<\/strong><\/p>

These terms apply to the booking and rental of our wooden cabins through trekronaa.no. The agreement is binding for both parties once Turistheimen AS has registered your booking.<\/p>

The parties to the agreement<\/strong>
These terms apply between you and Turistheimen AS \u2013 org. no. 926 880 179 VAT \u2013 Kvimarka, 4365 N\u00e6rb\u00f8.<\/p>

The rental agreement includes<\/strong>
The rental agreement covers stays in one or both of our wooden cabins, including any additional services booked through trekronaa.no or physically through Vipps. Turistheimen AS reserves the right to make changes to the products and services, as well as to add or remove additional products.<\/p>

Check-in and check-out<\/strong><\/p>

  • Check-in time:<\/strong> from 15:00<\/li>
  • Check-out time:<\/strong> at 11:00
    The tenant must be over 20 years old and is responsible for the cabin, its equipment, and the surrounding areas during their stay. The cabin and the surrounding areas must be left in the same condition as when they were found upon arrival. Any damage to the cabin, furniture, or surrounding areas caused by negligence may be billed to the tenant.<\/li><\/ul>

    Pets and smoking<\/strong>
    Pets are not allowed in the cabins due to allergy concerns. Smoking is not allowed in or in the immediate vicinity of the cabins.<\/p>

    Complaints<\/strong>
    Any defects or damage must be reported as soon as possible to Turistheimen AS post@trekronaa.no. The liability of Turistheimen AS in the event of a complaint is limited to the amount paid for the cabin in the relevant period. Travel costs are not covered.<\/p>

    Rights and responsibilities<\/strong>
    The tenant is responsible for the cabin and equipment during their stay. Damages resulting from irresponsible use will be invoiced. The rental agreement is personal and cannot be transferred without a written agreement with Turistheimen AS.<\/p>

    Cancellation and duration of rental agreement<\/strong>
    The rental agreement only applies to the period booked and paid for.<\/p>

    • Cancellation up to four weeks before the stay:<\/strong> 100 % refund minus a fee of 249 NOK<\/li>
    • Cancellation up to two weeks before the stay:<\/strong> 50 % refund minus 249 NOK fee<\/li>
    • Cancellation later than two weeks before the stay:<\/strong> No refund<\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellations must be sent by email to post@trekronaa.no. In the event of cancellation due to illness, it is recommended to contact your travel insurance. In the event of unforeseen events beyond our control, such as weather and climate, the stay may be cancelled by Turistheimen AS.<\/p>

      Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
      The right of withdrawal applies until 14 days before the rental date, provided that the stay has not started, in accordance with the right of withdrawal law. If the booking is made within 14 days before the stay, the right of withdrawal does not apply.<\/p>

      Gift cards<\/h3>
      • Gift cards purchased on trekronaa.no can be used when booking a stay at Trekron\u00e5.<\/li>
      • The gift card code is automatically sent by email after the purchase is completed. The code is used in the booking step when ordering on trekronaa.no.<\/li>
      • Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.<\/li>
      • If the entire gift card amount is not used up on the first order, the remaining amount is automatically created as a new gift card code and sent to the customer by email. The remaining amount retains the same expiration date as the original gift card.<\/li>
      • One gift card code can be used per booking.<\/li>
      • Gift cards are valid for accommodation at Trekron\u00e5 and cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/li><\/ul>

        In the event of a cancellation of a stay that has been paid in full or in part with a gift card, any refund related to the gift card amount will be handled in the form of a new gift card, in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.<\/p>

        Privacy<\/strong>
        By accepting these terms, you consent to Turistheimen AS processing your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.<\/p>

        Prices and payment<\/strong>
        All prices listed on trekronaa.no include VAT. Payment for accommodation and additional services can be made online with a card or Vipps, as well as physically via Vipps. Turistheimen AS reserves the right to change prices on future bookings.<\/p>

        Changes to terms<\/strong>
        These terms and conditions apply from the conclusion of the agreement and until new terms and conditions are published on trekronaa.no.<\/p>
