Conditions for ordering and renting treetop cabins - Trekron\u00e5<\/strong><\/p>

These terms and conditions apply to booking and renting our treetop cabins through trekronaa.no. The agreement is binding for both parties when Turistheimen AS has registered your order.<\/p>

The contracting parties<\/strong>
These conditions apply between you and Turistheimen AS - org. No. 926 880 179 VAT \u2013 Kvimarka, 4365 N\u00e6rb\u00f8.<\/p>

The tenancy includes<\/strong>
The rental agreement covers a stay in one or both of our treetop cabins, including any additional services ordered via trekronaa.no or physically through Vipps. Turistheimen AS reserves the right to make changes to the products and services, as well as add or remove additional products.<\/p>

Check-in and check-out<\/strong><\/p>

  • Check-in:<\/strong> from 15:00<\/li>
  • Check-out:<\/strong> at 11:00
    The tenant must be over 20 years of age and is responsible for the cabin, fixtures and associated areas during the stay. The cabin and the area must be left in the same condition as on arrival. Any damage to the cabin, furniture or the area as a result of negligence can be invoiced to the tenant.<\/li><\/ul>

    Pets and smoking<\/strong>
    Pets are not allowed in the cabins due to allergy concerns. Smoking is not permitted in or in the immediate vicinity of the cabins.<\/p>

    Complaint<\/strong>
    Missings or damages must be reported as soon as possible to post@trekronaa.no. Turistheimen AS's liability in the event of a complaint is limited to the amount paid for the cabin in the relevant period. Follow-up costs are not covered.<\/p>

    Rights and responsibilities<\/strong>
    The tenant is responsible for the cabin and equipment during the stay. Damages resulting from improper use will be invoiced. The tenancy is personal and cannot be transferred without a written agreement with Turistheimen AS.<\/p>

    Cancellation and duration of tenancy<\/strong>
    The tenancy only applies to the period for which it has been ordered and paid for.<\/p>

    • Cancellation up to four weeks before the stay:<\/strong> 100% refund minus a fee of NOK 249<\/li>
    • Cancellation up to two weeks before the stay:<\/strong> 50% refund minus NOK 249 fee<\/li>
    • Cancellation later than two weeks before the stay:<\/strong> No refund<\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellation must be sent by e-mail to post@trekronaa.no. In case of cancellation due to illness, contact with your travel insurance is recommended. In the event of unforeseen events beyond our control, such as weather and climate, the stay may be canceled by Turistheimen AS.<\/p>

      Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
      The right of cancellation applies up to 14 days before the rental date, provided that the stay has not started, in accordance with the Right of Cancellation Act. If the order is made within 14 days before the stay, the right of cancellation does not apply.<\/p>

      Privacy policy<\/strong>
      By accepting these terms, you agree that Turistheimen AS can process your personal data in line with our privacy policy.<\/p>

      Prices and payment<\/strong>
      All stated prices on trekronaa.no include VAT. Payment for accommodation and additional services can be made online by card or Vipps, as well as physically via Vipps. Turistheimen AS reserves the right to change prices on future bookings.<\/p>

      Changes of Terms<\/strong>
      These terms apply from the conclusion of the agreement and until new terms are published on trekronaa.no.<\/p>
